My basic idea in painting is the idea of the transformation of man, his evolution.
In my compositions I often show the image of a “hero” who saves this world. I use a visual language which shows symbols from mythology and religion. Symbols are a kind of “mark” or “sign”, which show a possible path, a hope for salvation in our present or a possible future.
Our world is part of the universe that unites the microcosm and the macrocosm. There is always in my pictures the themes of cosmogony, transcendence and striving to recognize higher things. My compositions are from that A desire for visual harmony that is expressed in the symmetry of shapes, lines and figures. This is an imitation of nature, of all living things that exist in our world. For me, symmetry is beauty itself, in its aesthetic sense.
